Continued use of the Website or Services following any change constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
Data Providers may enforce these Terms against you by legal proceedings or other appropriate means where applicable.
CSFX and iFX Trading shall be excused from performance in the event of interruption or delay due to causes beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, war, civil disorder, fire, earthquake, terrorism, power failure, equipment failure, labor dispute, third-party data provider failure, software errors, communication interruptions, internet outages, or market disruptions.
These Terms, together with any Privacy Policy and any additional written agreements, embody the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the Website and Services and supersede prior representations or agreements.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively within the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
CSFX and iFX Trading do not provide a trading venue to subscribers of data, analytical, educational, community, or platform packages. Your trading is independent from any Services offered, and you are responsible for all associated risks.
